The U.S. had 5.4 million job openings in April. The total was the highest since the department began conducting the so-called Jolts survey in 2000. The talent market is heating up. The pendulum swings in the candidate favor, smaller supply of quality candidates. Employer’s must develop their strategy for attracting and retaining talent. Employer’s must build their employment brand and effectively communicate what they have to offer candidates and why they want to continue to work for them.
